Human embryology

Bill Johnson to Mehmood Ahmed
Mehmood Ahmed, after listening to someone talk on the subject for one and a half hours breaking down in tearful exasperation would certainly be no surprise.
It seems like someone is trying to say that before the 7th century the Arabs didn’t know where babies came from.
‘We created man from the essence of clay, then we placed him as a drop of fluid in a safe place, then we made that drop of fluid into a clinging form, and then we made that form into a lump of flesh, and we made that lump into bones, and we clothed those bones with flesh, and later we made him into other forms’
Not the best explanation with reference to human embryology is it?
The human embryo is not formed this way, and the Qur’an is not a book of science.
